Cheesy Nachos And Fries | Quarantine Snack |

Once again I'm late on updating you with my first quarantine snack recipe. Quarantine didn't just take away my hectic schedule from me but my motivation too. My thesis is pending (because the submission date is extended), I have no motivation to write blogs regularly, I'm also not up to date with my studies but I've been trying out new exciting recipes and spending most of my free time just laying on the bed with my phone.

Anyways the lockdown seems to be extending and never-ending. At least not in the near future so I decided to finally sit my ass down and write this recipe.

Ya'll must be thinking I'll come with a healthy and organic food recipe as always but NO!. FFS even I'm done with healthy food in this gloomy quarantine life. MY LOVES! I've come up with a not-so-healthy quarantine snack but since I'm a health freak I'm adding a hint of "helth" in it. You'll need:

Ingredients

Frozen potato/sweet potato french fries
Tortilla chips
Shredded Mozerrella cheese
Spring onions, cherry tomatoes, green pepper- finely chopped
French dressing (or any favorite dressing)

1. One-by-one you need to throw all these in a bowl. First, lay the tortilla chips in a large bowl.

2. Fry the french fries. Strain them and put on the nachos.

3. Chop the veggies very finely and sprinkle them evenly on the fries.

4. Next, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on the top.

5. Followed by the french dressing for a perfect mouthwatering finished look.

6. Throw the bowl in the microwave for about 2 mins or until the cheese melts and THAT'S IT. Quarantine snack is READY. enjoy it with your frie-. Oh LOL! Silly Me! how can you invite friends in quarantine??? Just enjoy it alone.
