Healthy Aromatic Morning Teas for Facial Skin Glow- Orange Tea (Blog 3)

Next up in line is Orange. A fruit that is always available in my kitchen pantry. No matter which season or what time of the day, we heavily consume this fruit and is everyone's favorite in my house. Packed with Vitamin C and antioxidants, oranges have 0 fat and sodium. They have several health benefits such as:

🟠Protection against cell damage
🟠Fight against cancer-causing radicals
🟠Boost immune system
🟠Lower stress hormone and blood pressure
🟠Help body produce collagen that heals and makes your skin smooth
Surprisingly, the peel of oranges also has great health benefits which shouldn't be ignored so I don't prefer discarding the peel. Instead I soak the peel under the sun for a day (so that it lasts longer without getting spoiled) and add it to my tea. With just a few more ingredients the tea is ready.
