You are pretty much aware of the famous saying, "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade" which simply means when life gives you opportunities, make use of them. Similarly in my case, when life gives you lemons make lemon tea, which literally means what it says.

Lemons are my personal favorite and not a day goes by when I when don't consume at least one whole lemon, whether squeezing it all over my food or infusing it in my teas. So I decided to share my sweet lemon tea that has numerous benefits such as:

🍋Healthy and glowing skin
🍋Beneficial for bowel movements
🍋Improves metabolism
🍋Helps in making the immune system stronger to fight against various diseases.
🍋Being citruses, lemons are heavily packed with Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, and Potassium.

Now here's all that you need for a refreshing cup of sweet lemon tea.
