Breakfast should be the most interesting meal of the day. Mark my words! Get creative with your breakfast; include protein, calcium, multi-vitamins and minerals, and not just with the nutrients but make your plate look colorful and vibrant. Make it look like a kids drawing book. You do not have to put too much time into decorating your plate. Make it quick and interesting. Here's my recipe of soft and warm oats pancakes that are nutritious and devouring. Take a forkful and see how it just melts in your mouth.


Ingredients

➤1/2 cup overnight soaked oats in 1/2 cup of water
➤1-2 scoops of low fat thick yogurt
➤1 egg

1. In a bowl, soak oats overnight.

2. In another bowl, whisk egg and yogurt, then add the soaked oats.

3. The batter should not be too thick nor too runny, just enough to make the perfect pancakes.

4. Heat a pan and grease it with some oil.

5. Add a ladle full of batter on the heated pan and spread it. Cover it with a lid. Keep the flame slow so that it gets cooked well.

6. Flip it once and when its done serve it warm with dripping organic maple syrup or honey and your favorite cut fruits on the side.
