DIY Momos (Nepalese Appetizer)

For the dough:
All purpose flour 500gm
oil 2-3 tsp
water, as required

For the filling:
cabbage, shredded
carrot, chopped
capsicum, chopped
tomatoes, diced
onion, diced
chicken, boiled and shredded
salt and pepper

Fry all the vegetables and chicken, sprinkle salt and pepper and set aside. Make a dough by adding oil and water to the flour. Make small round rotis and fill some mixture. Fold it in shape of a puri or as shown in the picture. 
Grease the plate of a steamer with oil and steam the momos for a 6-7 on medium flame. Serve with momos sause.
