DIY Creamy Garlic Chicken

Cream combined with garlic flavor turns out to be a simple yet a perfect recipe for all chicken lovers. For this recipe you'll need:

Ingredients:
oil, for frying
chicken 500 gm, cut into cubes
black pepper
white pepper
salt
garlic paste (separately for marinate and gravy)
fresh cream
thyme powder
oregano powder
onion, small sized -chopped
spring onion- chopped

In a large bowl marinate the chicken with black pepper, white pepper, salt and garlic paste. After about an hour grill the chicken pieces or fry until they are tender and both sides turn golden-brown. Keep it aside.
In a pan/skillet heat some oil and saute the chopped onions and garlic paste. Cook it for a minute or two but do not let it turn brown. Add fresh cream and keep stirring. When the gravy starts to thicken reduce the flame and sprinkle some salt, black pepper, thyme and oregano. Add some water according to the consistency that you prefer (cooking will reduce the water so add more). Place the chicken pieces and cover it with lid. Cook it for 4-5 mins on low frame. Sprinkle chopped spring onion. Serve it with bread.
