Couldn't Be More Easier To Get Healthy And Luscious Hair

It's a dream of every girl to have beautiful hair- as long as Rapunzel's, and as luscious and jet black as Jasmine's. What if I tell you it's possible to get your dreamy hair-look using just one ingredient?

Why is oiling good for your hair?
Hair oiling isn't very popular in most parts of the world, matter of fact many people have never even heard about oil being applied in the hair. Ever observed why Indian girls have the most beautiful hair? Oil is consumed and applied on hair very widely in India.
Your body requires food for growth, nurturing, and building immunity to fight against diseases, likewise, your hair too needs food for nourishment and to recover from hair damage and hair loss. Hair killing boosts the health of your hair and strengthens like no other treatment can.

Do's and Don'ts of oiling your hair
For those who regularly apply oil, you need to follow the etiquettes of hair oiling.

Letting the oil sit for a longer time
Don'ts- DO NOT LEAVE OIL ON YOUR HAIR FOR LONG. This mistake is usually made by those who frequently oil their hair. You tend to leave the oil for a long time that creates a thin film on the scalp. Now things gotta breathe ok? The thin layer of oil will make it difficult for your scalp to breathe. Moreover, the air collects dirt and settles onto your oily scalp, and to remove the dirt you will have to use excess shampoo which will in turn leave your hair damaged and weak. You see it a real problem!

Do's- Leave your hair oiled for 6-8 hours or overnight or maximum for an entire day, then rinse it off with a mild herbal shampoo.

Combing hair immediately after oiling
Don'ts- Its an urge to immediately comb your hair back in a high pony or a tight bun but WAIT! Don't be in a hurry! Your hair follicles are loose now. Pulling it in a tight pony/bun will uproot your hair follicles, you won't realize but wonder why you still have hair loss despite oiling your hair frequently.

Do's- After slowly massaging oil onto your scalp and working on till the ends, gently bunch up your hair and hold together using a plucker or just throw a shower cap on because that's much more comfortable. After a couple of hours do with your hair whatever you want.

Benefits of Gooseberry/Amla for hair
Besides the skin, gooseberries are rich in nutrients essential for a healthy hair growth and prevention against hair damage. Amla juice serves as a beneficial hair tonic that strengthens hair follicles preventing them from falling. It makes hair look stronger and shinier. Amla serves as the best natural hair conditioner and due to its properties of enhancement of natural hair color, amla powder is popularly used in hair dyes as well.

Making DIY Amla oil at home (the easier way)

You'll need:

➤Pure coconut oil- 2 cups
➤Fresh gooseberries - 6 to 7 (chopped)
➤Dried gooseberry powder- 2tsp (easily available in Indian stores)

1. In a saucepan, heat the coconut oil on low flame.

2. While the oil is heating, chopped the amla into small cubes and put it in the hot oil. Cover and let it cook for a few minutes or until you see the amla pieces turn brown and crisp.

3. At this stage, switch off the flame and mix 2 tsp of amla powder and leave it to cool down. Strain the oil in a bottle and now this oil will stay up to as long as you want. There is absolutely no risk of spoilage.

NOTE
❥ An easier way for the oil to reach each square inch of your scalp and hair ends is to store it in a spray bottle. Spray the oil on your scalp and gently massage it for a few minutes and follow the etiquettes that I have written above.
