My. Life. Has. TRANSFORMED. A Soap That Works M.A.G.I.C! | Soap Review |

Oh, it's been so long since I sat my a$$ down to write a blog, nearly two months tbh (i write a blog at one time and publish it sometimes after) since a lot has been going on in life at the moment. So much that I nearly forgot how much solace I found whenever I sat down to write cz baby writing is my passion and I could go on and on talking about my love for writing if you ask me.

Well then, the reason I came back to Dulcie Dream is that I wanted to share a piece of information that is very crucial especially for girls, and by god, you'd be topsy-turvy to know that it's about skin pigmentation/skin-whitening.

Before I get started lemme tell you that I'm NEITHER endorsing this product NOR am i promoting it with the idea and intention that fairness is the real beauty. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, as the quote says, which means if you got the vision to see the beauty in everything and if you find beauty in dark complexion, then that's about you and your perspective.

How It All Started

Moving on, lemme take you to a month back when I was in distress and done with my skin pigmentation. And the pigmentation started way back at the beginning of 2020. I've already written a blog on how you can treat your dark inner thighs and underarms but that remedy worked for me only on my underarms and the inner thighs started to darken further. Dejected and perplexed, I searched for every possible remedy and lotions that were easily accessible and affordable to me to get rid of my stubborn dark under thighs. As though this was not enough, the winters came and I would wrap myself up in a blanket cozily and watch late-night shows and series with a bowl of snack (that ultimately added more to my weight) and unconsciously itch my dry skin all the way from my knee down to the ankles and that very moment I felt like itching was the most non-sexual pleasure I ever enjoyed. Once you start you cAn'T JuSt sToP. DAMNNITTTT! what have I done? Thin red streaks of blood running down my shin and lil red patches, all of which turned dark as the days progressed. I had no idea that just in a matter of a few months I'd ruin my skin beyond repair.

So one night while scrolling through TikTok I came across this video where the dermo was talking about glutathione, kojic, and azelaic acid.

What is Glutathione and Kojic Acid?

Basically, glutathione is an antioxidant found in plants, animals, bacteria, and fungi. Glutathione comes in the form of soaps or creams and even tablets that help in skin lightening by converting melanin to a lighter shade and deactivates the enzyme tyrosinase that is responsible for producing the dark pigment.

Kojic acid is often used topically to treat a number of different cosmetic conditions. It’s been approved for use in cosmetic products in concentrations of percent or less. It’s most often used as a skin-lightening agent.

Kojic acid can be found in a number of different types of cosmetic products, including powders, serums, creams, cleansers, and soaps. Powders should be mixed with water or lotion, depending on the product instructions. Some products, like soaps and cleansers, are meant to be washed off immediately. Others, like creams and serums, are designed to be left on and absorbed into the skin. (However, kojic acid overall has relatively poor absorption rates below the surface of the skin.) I did thorough research on the two agents for the next couple of days; their uses, side-effects, and risks. Then I finally bought it from a store, but you can easily order

if you can't find one near you.

My Reviews About The Product

As per the reviews, I used the soap on my entire lower half of the body for a whole week and I did find amazing results. The pigmentation began to fade and I used it on my face as well and found the acne scars diminishing. This soap is such a LIFESAVER honestly! Merely in a week's time, I found positive results which mean I gotta use it regularly. Though I promise you the scars and skin pigmentation due to itching or injuries and even tanning will be permanently off your skin but if you are dark-complexioned then the lightning magic may only be temporary and the skin will go back to normal ones you stop its usage.

Speaking about regularly using it, I've experienced only one side-effect of the soap both on my facial skin as well as the lower body. After the bath, I found my skin kinda drying out but I recovered from it by applying moisturizer and body lotion. Frankly speaking, it's not much of a bigger problem for me since my skin secretes oil especially the face so those whose skin is already dry need to reconsider before using this soap.

I've also looked up on the internet if these agents help in lowering the visibility of stretch marks. however, I could not find a satisfactory review or result regarding it. But some say that regular use of it for a longer time may help with erasing stretch marks too. But I can guarantee you, the soap just leaves your skin smooth and refreshing, and consistent use of it will surely give you the best results.
