So you planned an evening date for your ❤sweetheart❤, but what have you decided to whip up for him/her? Clearly, it's red velvet cake or chocolate lava cake but that's nothing unusual. How about you try some delicious yet simple, sweetened and condensed milk cake
You know the beautiful sunset and your date holding your hands and together you both devouring the delicious cake. Aah! just wonderful. 

I just portrayed a beautiful scene, now you better come out of your reverie and head to the kitchen before it's too late because you gotta set the table ready before your date arrives *winks*.

Ingredients

➤Softened butter- 4 tbsp/60gm
➤2 Eggs
➤Sweetened & Condensed milk- 200ml
➤Milk- 1/2 cup
➤All-purpose Flour- 1 cup
➤Baking Powder- 2 tsp
➤Vanilla essence- 1 tsp


1. Separate the eggs, on high-speed whip the egg whites and set aside. 

2. In another bowl, blend egg yolks, softened butter, milk, vanilla essence, and condensed milk.

3. Next sift up the flour and baking powder in the wet ingredients (a pinch of yellow color is optional) and mix until well combined.

4. Using a spatula, gently fold in the whipped egg white and see if the batter is too thick then add a few spoons of milk otherwise this is the perfect consistency.

5. Line the baking tray with parchment paper and pour the batter into it. in a preheated oven bake the cake at 200℃ for 20-25 mins or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
