DIY Saucey Breakfast Noodles

Everyone wants to start their day with a hot and hearty breakfast but not many want to get out of their bed and prepare it themselves, especially if they are late-night owls and don't wake up on the first ring of their alarms. Unlikely, being a culinarian myself (ahem!) I wake up with a few innovative food ideas, mostly that I constructed in my mind. I suppose, breakfast shouldn't be just easy, it should be nutritious, delicious, stimulating and vibrant too. A good breakfast is one which provides all the essential nutrients and stimulates your appetite.
So one fine morning I woke up to attend my morning online lectures, went to the kitchen and found nothing except the instant noodles pack in my pantry. I quickly rummaged through the cabinet and then in the fridge and found just some sauces. SAUCES!🙋 I have a craze for sauces which I'll probably discuss in some other blog. I began performing my culinary skill with whatever I found after that sauce.

Ingredients
Oil- 1 tbsp
Indomie Instant Noodles- 1 pack
Capsicum + carrot- 1/2 cup, finely cut into strips
Tomato Sauce- 2 tbsp
BBQ Sauce- 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce- 1tbsp
Honey- 1 tbsp

1. In a small pan, heat oil and add the veggies.
2. In a separate bowl, mix all the sauces and honey and after the veggies have cooked a little add the sauce mixture to it. 3. Let it cook for a minute or two, then turn off the flame.
4.Boil 1 pack of instant noodles and drain the water (I like my noodles to be sloppy so I retain some water)
5. Incorporate the saucey veggie mixture and the boiled noodles and enjoy your saucey noodles breakfast.
