DIY Chicken BBQ Popcorn

BBQ sauce isn't favored by many. In fact, it has been the same with me. But after storing it in my kitchen cabinet for months it suddenly occurred to me about this delicious recipe. It was the first time I tried it and I instantly fell for it. Try this recipe for an evening snack and you'll love it. For the recipe you'll need:

Ingredients
200 gm boneless chicken cut into strips or cubes
salt and pepper, as required
1 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp vinegar (optional)
2 tsp soy sauce
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp rice flour
2-3 tbsp BBQ sauce

oil, for deep frying

In a bowl marinate chicken pieces with salt and pepper (according to your preference), garlic paste, vinegar and soy sauce. In a separate bowl beat an egg and pour it over the marination. Mix it well. Set it aside for 1-2 hours.
While the oil for deep frying is heating add cornstarch and rice flour to the marination. Mix it well such that each piece gets coated with flour. BBQ sauce goes into it next. After a thorough blend of all the ingredients pick up each piece using tongs and fry it on medium flame. Dish out on a paper towel.
