Ingredients

For the pudding

➤Marie biscuits- 3 packs
➤Water-300ml
➤Vimto cordial- 3 tbsp
➤Sugar- 2 tbsp

For the pudding base

➤Nestle All-purpose cream- 1 tin
➤Vimto cordial-3 tbsp
➤Sugar- 2 tbsp

For the topping

Dream whip- 1 sachet

For the gelatin layer

➤Warm water- 3/4 cup
➤Powder gelatin- 1 tsp
➤Vimto cordial-3 tbsp
➤Sugar- 2 tbsp

1. In a bowl, combine water, Vimto cordial, and sugar and mix well until it gets completely dissolved.

2. Separately, combine Nestle cream, Vimto cordial, and sugar and blend thoroughly. Keep it aside.

3. Now pick each Marie biscuit and dip it in the prepared Vimto and start lining the bottom of a casserole/cheesecake tin.

4. Once a layer is done, spread a layer of the Vimto pudding base and repeat the step.

5. Whip up a sachet of Dream Whip (according to the directions on the box). Once the layering is done, spread a thick layer of whipped cream. Wrap the tin/casserole with a cling film and refrigerate for an hour.

6. Meanwhile, for the gelatin layer, sprinkle gelatin on warm water in a saucepan, cover, and let it sit for 5 minutes until you see the gelatin starts to bloom. Heat it for a few minutes then stir sugar and Vimto in it until they get dissolved. Leave it to cool down at room temperature

7. Pull out the pudding from the fridge and pour the gelatin mix spoon by spoon onto the top of the whipped cream. Once done, cover it and chill it again for a couple of hours more until the gelatin has completely set.

Take a spoonful and devour the scrumptious taste of this unique and super-delicious dessert that you'd never regret making again. The best way to enjoy this dessert is to serve it with Vimto Drink, at night with your friends & family.
